The STAR (Spectrum Therapy Access Resources) Co-pay Program will provide the following co-pay assistance to eligible patients, across the Spectrum portfolio:
- First Date of Service: Patient will have a $0 patient out of pocket. STAR will cover 100% of the co-insurance/ cost share for the Spectrum product.
- Subsequent Dates of Service: Patient will be responsible for the first $25 of the co-insurance/ cost share for the Spectrum product. STAR will cover the remaining cost share for the Spectrum product at 100%.
