Guardant360 Policy
The FLASCO Clinical Practice leadership approved and signed a letter of support written to FL Blue for the Guardant360 Liquid Biopsy test in 2018. The FLASCO office was recently notified and we are now sharing the victory with you, “Florida Blue has adopted a positive medical policy for the Guardant360 Liquid Biopsy test.
