Hello,

At Genentech, we recognize that the COVID-19 national public health emergency is causing personal and financial challenges for many patients and their families. Getting their prescribed Genentech medicines shouldn’t be one of those challenges.

Our highest priority is the health and safety of patients, and we believe it is critical for them to continue their medical treatment without interruption. We remain committed to serving patients in need through Genentech Patient Support Services:

  • Genentech Access Solutions can help patients understand their insurance coverage and costs related to Genentech medicines
  • The Genentech Patient Foundation may help patients receive their Genentech medicine for free if they’ve lost their insurance coverage or need help paying for their medicines
  • Genentech co-pay programs provide financial assistance to eligible commercially insured patients to help with their out-of-pocket costs
  • We can help refer patients to independent co-pay assistance foundations that may be able to help commercially or publicly insured patients afford their medicines
  • The Genentech Patient Resource Center can help answer questions and direct patients to the right support service to meet individual patient needs

To best meet your patients’ changing needs, we are making temporary adjustments to our programs and processes, including:

  • Simplifying the processes to enroll patients into our services, including online and text submission of all enrollment forms
  • Providing current Genentech Patient Foundation patients with the option to request an extended supply of certain self-administered medications

For more information on how we can help your patients during this challenging time, please contact the Genentech Patient Resource Center at (877) GENENTECH/(877) 436-3683 or visit Genentech-Access.com. If you have general questions about Genentech’s response to COVID19, please visit gene.com/covid19 to learn more.

We remain most grateful for your service to our communities.
