FLASCO is co-sponsoring the Immune Oncology Breast Cancer program scheduled for October 7, 2017, at the Moffitt Cancer Center. Brian Czerniecki, MD, PhD., Chair and Senior Member in the Moffitt Cancer Center Department of Breast Oncology is serving as the Director of this program.
The goal of this conference is to examine the role of the immune system in breast cancer, along with emerging results from clinical trials evaluating immunotherapeutic agents, including vaccines and immune checkpoint agents. The program will share insights into ongoing and future studies that evaluate novel immunotherapeutic strategies that will define the role of immunotherapy in the management of breast cancer.
