Evaluate First Coast Service Options’ Services in 10 Minutes

FCSO is requesting to hear from you!  Every year the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) conducts the MAC Satisfaction Indicator survey to measure provider satisfaction with their MACs regarding the services FCSO perform for you. This survey is the best way for Medicare providers to share opinions directly with CMS about their experience with FCSO, and helps FCSO find ways to better serve you. The 2017 survey just opened and it is only 10 minutes to take. The survey is open to every Medicare provider that submits claims to First Coast for processing and payment.

First Coast Service Options, your Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) for the traditional Medicare program, would like to request your opinion of our service by taking the MAC Satisfaction Indicator (MSI) survey.
