The three-day continuing medical education course will provide a multidisciplinary update in prevention, evaluation, diagnosis, management and treatment of benigh and malignant breast diseases and survivorship issues.

Mayo Clinic College of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 24.75 (18.75 for the General Session, 4.0 for the SEEDs Workshop; 2 for the Optional Evening Session) AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending.
This program has been accredited by the American Osteopathic Association for 24.75 credits of AOA Category 2-A.
This course will be offering optional CME and self-assessment credits towards Part 2 of the ABS MOC Program. Registrants are able to earn credits for the self-assessment, in addition to the live event. The self-assessment will be available online after the course. An 80% overall score must be achieved to receive credit and the self-assessment can be taken a total of two times. The additional self-assessment credits include time to review the course material, take the self-assessment, review your individual report, identify gaps, and look up information from any of the references or other resources. Additional credit information will be available on the website soon.
A record of attendance will be provided to all registrants for requesting credits in accordance with state nursing boards, specialty societies or other professional associations.
A limited block of guest rooms have been reserved for attendees with a special course rate of $179 per night, single or double occupancy, at One Ocean Resort and Spa. Guests 18 and younger stay complimentary in guestrooms with an adult.
Group rates are honored three days prior to and three days following the course dates, based upon space availability. You are urged to make your reservations early.
To receive the special rate, you must make reservations before the room block is filled or by the expiration date of Saturday, Oct. 18, 2014, 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, whichever comes first. Following this date, reservations at the contracted meeting rate will be taken based upon resort room availability.
Attendees are responsible for their own reservations. There is a cancellation policy of 72 hours prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled within this time, the deposit is non-refundable.
